Permit Filing Drawings

LFA can work from a floor plan provided by your managing agent or draw existing conditions in order to quickly create a submission to be reviewed by management and, if needed, filed for a Department of Buildings permit. LFA offers several design options for your projects, or works with your interior designer. Some clients contact us when there is a DOB filing that was not signed off. When a building is for sale, an owner is often required to cure violations and obtain Letters of Completion for open filings.
